We want you to love your new Nutcase Helmet. But if for any reason you don’t, please feel free to send it back to us for an exchange or a full refund.
We also understand that it’s difficult to get sizing and fit right on the first try, so if it’s not right, please send it back our way, and we’ll get a different size back out to you as soon as possible. For an exchange, shipping from our warehouse back to you is on us!
If you feel you received a defective product, please email us with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll begin the replacement process immediately. Please nore: Return shipping back to us is paid by you -- except in the case of a defective helmet or an error in outbound shipping. Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, your original web invoice and what action you would like us to take. Please send your package via a traceable delivery service: USPS with tracking, FedEx, UPS, etc. If you purchased your helmet from one of our dealers, please return it to them! We are unable to accept returns on helmets not bought from our webstore.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $84.99 shipped within the contiguous United States. Otherwise, we offer $5 flat rate shipping for orders below $84.99.
